No Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Art by Kimberly Hew. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item we sell, including original artwork and made-to-order products. Please read our no-refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products and artwork, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases, including:
• Original paintings and drawings
• Limited edition prints
• Custom or commissioned artwork
• Print-on-demand products (such as apparel, home décor, and accessories)
Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are made specifically for you by a third-party production partner. Once an order is placed, it goes into production immediately and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:
• A clear photo of the issue
• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement if the item is deemed faulty by our team or production partner. Refunds will not be issued.
Color & Appearance Disclaimer
Please note that colors may appear differently on your screen than in person due to monitor settings and lighting. We do not issue refunds for slight color variations or differences in appearance.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
• Ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase
• Review product details and sizing charts before ordering
• Submit high-quality artwork (for custom items) if requested
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
