Shipping Methods & Timeframes

At Art By Kimberly Hew, we partner with various print-on-demand providers to fulfill your orders. Our shipping methods and delivery timeframes vary depending on the product ordered and your location. Most items ship within 3-7 business days after your order is placed, with delivery typically taking:

  • Domestic Orders (United States): 3-10 business days
  • International Orders: 1-3 weeks

Production Time

Please note that all items are made-to-order. Your purchase will be created specifically for you after your order is placed, which requires additional production time before shipping begins. Different product types may have different production timeframes:

  • Print-on-demand products: 2-5 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your order, and your selected shipping method. We offer shipping to all countries worldwide.

International Shipping

For customers outside the United States, please be aware that you may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot mark merchandise as "gifts" on customs forms.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping notification.

Original Artwork Shipping

Original artworks are shipped with the following rates:

  • Local shipping within Jamaica: Free
  • International shipping (outside Jamaica): Free

For shipping outside of the island of Jamaica, original artwork is shipped via DHL with tracking information provided. International shipments typically arrive within 7-10 business days, and artwork typically ships within 7 business days of your order being placed. Pieces over 24" x 30" ship off the frame and rolled in a tube.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

No Returns Policy

As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. Please review product details carefully before ordering.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at artbykimberlyhew@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. Replacement options will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
